"Had a lovely room with two double beds, a great shower, and a deck overlook in the ocean. Even though it was on a busy steeet, we were on the seventh floor and it was very quiet. Had a very good experience with Paola booking tours. A fine, clean, friendly hotel."

"I enjoyed this hotel, I was kind of skeptical but I’m glad I booked. The room was huge , partial view of ocean/mountain with separate room with tub that my son just had to get in 😂. The breakfast was not bad and getting to Copacabana was ideal. There is a mall towards the back road which we walked to one evening. The Rochina favela was close by but did not deter. Train station close by which we rode and of course the beach is across the street was awesome with great views. The staff was great...

"This was my second stay at OZ Hotel Collection, and I’d give it 10 stars if I could. When I walked in, Silvana at the front desk recognized me, started waving, and remembered my name. That was such a warm welcome back, especially as a solo traveler. The hotel upgraded my room at no extra charge, and I could see Cartagena right from the rain shower! The breakfast buffet was included, there’s a rooftop pool and an upscale restaurant, and I could walk to Juan Valdez for my coffee. The front desk...

"helpful and friendly staff"

"Excellent buffet breakfast. Communication difficult at times because staff did not speak English but they did all use a translation app which was useful. Limited space at roof top pool and many guests took chairs early morning and kept them all day. Partial beach view was amazing"

"Desde que llegamos la atención fue inigualable. El lugar es muy bonito y acogedor. Tiene muchos restaurantes. Los dos roof top súper buenos. El desayuno excelente. El personal 20/10, muy amables."
