"The room was wonderful, breakfast was delicious, staff was nice. The gym was decent. The views of the city from the hotel were great, and the area was amazing and close to a lot! The only issues I had with the hotel was took a day or so to get them to see confirmation that breakfast was paid for in advance, thus missing out on those breakfast days (refused refund), and the last 2 nights, unfortunately, the guests beside us blasted techno beats till 3 or 4 in the morning, and they did not help...

"The location, service and staff is very good. Rooftop is awsome but rooms are old and not good maintained. The renovated ones are very good but the old ones no for the price."

"The club lounge is definitely worth the upgrade. With a very nice breakfast and evening cocktails. The week I stayed the beach was closed with construction machinery on it. I would’ve liked to at least been notified of this situation. For the beach the alternative is to go to one of the island beach clubs which you NEED to do your own research on, as it became abundantly clear that wherever someone recommends is getting a kickback from and this brings me to the concierge that recommended mine...

"One of the best Hyatt we’ve ever stayed at! The views from reception were amazing! We were there for a wedding so didn’t get a chance to enjoy all of the amenities but will be going back for sure. We felt safe the entire time and the staff made us feel welcomed. They had three pools that we have to try!!"

"Great Hotel to stay. Staff was very helpful, cordial and they all spoke English which helped us a lot. During our stay we had planned a tour of Rio and it turned out to be a rainny day. The staff offered us a couple of ponchos for our tour. Excellente place to stay. Breakfast was excellent also."

"This hotel is amazing, rooms are impeccable, staff very cordial, food is great but what we found extraordinary was the bar service, Bladimiro and Neider, they made us feel like family, they went above and beyond on the service. Definitely a hotel we will stay again. Highly recommend."
