"This is a 3–4 star hotel. The staff is not very helpful. There is basically no staff on the beach to get your towels and chairs. The service on the staff are not adequate."

"Great experience/Vacation, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was really good as well, highly recommend Seaside Grills catch of the day, we can’t stop thinking about it! Only downside of this resort was there wasn’t a built in pool bar or people offering excursions, very calm resort. Other than that 10/10! Shout out to Jesus, Naileth and Luis who took great care of us and had the drinks flowing!"

Only 1 thing that we didn't like - everyday we returned to our room, the cleaning person was just chilling in our room. It was like we startled her by returning and she'd start back cleaning.
