"Location was AMAZING. I traveled alone with my 17yr old daughter and never felt nervous or unsafe. We walked all around near Poblado to the stores and restaurants nearby day and night. The room for 2 was enough for us. Didn’t have a closet but honestly we didn’t mind at all. Loved that the bathroom had everything separated so while one person was bathing, another could make use of the toilet privately, We were on floor 7 and never had issues with the elevator or noise or anything. "Todo muy bien. Pero estoy segura q cuando compre la estadía incluía desayuno y al llegar allá nos indicaron que no. Y el mattress muy duro de lo demás excelente. Mi opinión tienen potencial para poder hacer algo mejor en el rooftop ya q está bello. Pero puede mejorar cositas. De lo demás todos muy bien."

"Staff was amazing. I think they are the best part of this hotel. Multiple issues with room, changed three times. The first did not have the view that we PAID for, the second's shower overflowed into the bathroom, could not be fixed, the third room’s bed was not clean. We slept in urine and blood that was not ours. Needless to say, cleaning the bed was the least that they could do. This turned me off from this resort alone and for this, I will never return. "We had an amazing view of the beach and mountains! I loved staying at Hotel Nacional so much it was clean and the staff were very friendly. They always kept our room tidy and made us feel so welcome. I want to go back already!"

"Stayed on a 9th floor. 3 people, so an extra single bed added to room. Beds very comfortable. Room was large so space was ample for three. Large shower/ tub and bathroom. Shower head was amazing. Upper floor room had amazing views of Copacabana across the street. Location of hotel is amazing. Quick Ubers to all major neighborhoods. Well worth paying more for beach view. Staff were terrific from check in all the way through our stay. Farro bakery - 5 min walk was great for daily breakfast."
