"Check in is a total mess, you will never get your room early as their policy is essentially for you to only get your room at 3pm. Of course this is a pointless possibly and their staff don’t really handle it in an honest way, as they tell you the room will be yours once available, but for everyone that will be at 3pm or worse. "Very good location near the Copacabana Beach. The staff were ok but front desk are a bit unfriendly. The room is dark with small window and poor lighting. They charge for water and even for keeping your luggage after checking out."
