"What a home away from home. Cannot rave enough how the Sonesta Cusco staff take such good care of their guests. On top of that, the property is well maintained, clean, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable and cozy. Myself and my family found ourselves immediately frequently reminiscing about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to not just ensure our comfort at the hotel, but our overall positive experience of Cusco. They truly cared for us and that is priceless."

"Near the central market (a must-visit in Cusco). Comfy bed. Lovely courtyards. Bathroom was spacious and nice. Nice welcome treats. The less good: Our heater was out. A larger hotel meant less personal service than in smaller places."

"La habitación pequeña pero agradable. Las sábanas geniales y buena cobija para el frío. La calefacción nos hizo dormir muy a gusto. Las opciones de desayuno pocas pero se agradece tener eso incluido.
Lo único un poco difícil es la caminata para llegar al hotel porque está en subida pero son 5 min de la plaza de armas. Recomiendo el hotel. Reserven con anticipación."
