"Once again another fantastic stay. I love the staff and hotel. Super easy check-in. Thanks Juan Pablo! Room was very clean. Bed was very large and very comfortable. A/C was quiet and worked really well. Refrigerator was small but good enough for what I needed and cooled drinks quickly. I would really like an ice machine in the hotel. The only option is getting cups of ice from the lobby bar. I can't wait to go back later this month."

"They advertise a balcony with the room! It's a 2 ft ledge you can barely stand on! You also get a kettle for hot water but no cups etc. The pictures and description of the rooms were very deceiving considering the price. The room was not very clean and had mold in the shower. Our first room didn't have a working tv and was smaller then what was advertised so they moved us! Second room wasn't much better! They did fix the fact we had no not water! "One of the best Hyatt we’ve ever stayed at! The views from reception were amazing! We were there for a wedding so didn’t get a chance to enjoy all of the amenities but will be going back for sure. We felt safe the entire time and the staff made us feel welcomed. They had three pools that we have to try!!"

"Great Hotel to stay. Staff was very helpful, cordial and they all spoke English which helped us a lot. During our stay we had planned a tour of Rio and it turned out to be a rainny day. The staff offered us a couple of ponchos for our tour. Excellente place to stay. Breakfast was excellent also."
