"We had a great time. Our room was clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities. We would definitely come back."

"Absolutely loved the whole experience. Room was beautiful"

"The room had roaches. I asked him to come and clean or spray no one ever did.!! I asked for blankets. Never got them.!! The door handles on the doors were broken and it would lock you out of your room. I asked them to fix them. They never came. They said since I booked through Expedia, they couldn’t give me any accommodation for that they could feed me breakfast. That was all they could do. Unfortunately, I had already ate breakfast. When I first got there, they sent me to the wrong tower in the...

"Everything was great! Will be staying in the future again."

"Our room was in a building that was obviously older than the rest of the resort (Jamaican building); that was my mistake in booking, but it had a spectacular oceanfront view. It had been renovated, but the real problem was that the AC did little to dehumidify the room and we woke up to moisture condensing on the floor. "The resort was great for my one night stay! The staff was friendly & the room was clean! The breakfast buffet & restaurant had great food options! I got a great price for my stay & the resort kept in contact with me—confirming my reservation. I did not use the water park but it was open with many families enjoying it. I will definitely be back!"

The receptionist when we first arrived tried to tell us we couldn't, but again, it's not against any rules and I don't like being told where to park my car and I'm handicapped. So the only complaint i have is the receptionist trying to...

"Our room has so much humidity I informed the front desk and they did nothing. Blankets were almost wet, mirrors foggy , climate terribly humid in the room When I try to check out a night before because we couldn’t take , then they move us to a different room with the same problem, not us bad as the first room."
