"We were very happy that we chose Crowne Plaza Hotel in Greenville for an important event that we were attending in Greenville. We would return for sure. It is very close to the airport, and easy to get on the I-385 to get around Greenville. We loved our room on the 6th floor. It was nice and quiet, had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable, great Keurig coffee maker, , fridge. Lots of space for our belongings. They have a shuttle that will take you places close to the hotel if need be. The gentleman was very kind and friendly. We did not use the shuttle but he did tell us where we could get a few grocery items. It was perfect. The staff that checked us in were awesome, very friendly, got our room early which was so appreciated. If I had to say something negative, I would say however that the lady at the front desk for the remainder of our stay was not very friendly or helpful, but that was a minor detail as everything else was fantastic.
