"Beautiful, clean, well taken care of property. The rooms are clean, well decorated & stocked with soft, absorbent towels & ample toiletries. The bar area is spacious. The staff is courteous. The specialty drink prices are a bit higher priced than other bars in the area. There is a good selection of beer on tap, bottle & wine. "

"Restaurant on site is not adequately staffed for nights with concerts. Kitchen can’t keep up and have no issue with feeling you they can’t help you. Property is a bit ran down for the amount of guests they get, upgrades would be nice to see, but only staying one night it served it purpose."

"This is a nice hotel in the downtown area. There was a warning at the front desk about being in the downtown area it can get loud. It is right next to the train tracks as well. It was a little frustrating for checking in since their shuttle vans took up the drive through space right at the entrance. You have to park your car in the lot and then go check in."

"Good Casino, good hotel, not good if you bring a pet ! A rude lady at check in would not accomodate us with a room on first floor,said they were full which was a lie unless a bunch of people walked there and did not go in the casino or restaurant. We requested it on Expedia and called them, didnt appear to be a problem till we got there. So we were stuck on 3rd floor and had long way to let dog do his business!"
