"After wanting to stay here for a while I finally got the opportunity and went for the Bunk Room which was fun to do with a family. Rooms are really stylish and well designed while being functional. Hairdryer and straighteners are provided in the room along with cowshed toiletries. Had dinner and breakfast in the diner which was delicious, great service from Ruby both times."

"The room was okay if you just want a basic room, but other than that, this hotel should be avoided. Expedia listed the property as having "free parking," which is not true. It costs £6 for half a day (or possibly longer; I cannot say for sure since we only stayed for half a day). Furthermore, the breakfast was disgusting. "The price was low and the amenities basic but all in all for the price paid no complaints. We had to pay )5 for parking which was unexpected but ok . However ten days later received a parking ticket for unpaid overnight parking from a separate private parking firm. On calling the hotel the hotel immediately voided the ticket ."

"Absolutely wonderful staff and the room was amazing!! The only issue (not their fault) they put me on the top floor and I struggle with stairs a lot as I’m disabled.. so, I booked a small single room but they have a huge room with a double and two singles great bathroom windows that open for air and the bed was great and the hot chocolate n biscuits. "Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly.
