"Breakfast was buffet style with great combination with Korean & Continental. They provided eggs with boiled, scrambled and half boiled which I preferred as well. Location was so convenient as close to Myeongdong & Insadong, Gwanghwamoom in walking distance. The staff speaks good english & I had no issues to communicate as a korean immigrant of 40 some years. "

"The airport shuttle service was great and simple to use. All staff were very polite and super helpful! The one and only downside was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but other than that, this was an excellent hotel with excellent service and the Mountain vegetarian bibimbap was amazing! "
