I love the way the front desk officers were very helpful and attentive. And the front desk were always cheerful when you ask for assistance. I like the hotel in general. However, the reason why I could not give a 5 star rating (which they deserve) is due to cleanliness of the bedsheets, linen, cover and pillowcases. Upon arrival my husband and I saw a dry yellow stain on the linen which was weird because usually hotels are very conscious of such concern. Then the bed covers and pillowcases have speckles of black color dust. Since I experienced itchy feeling when sleeping. It feels that there were dust mites on the bed (please note it is not bed bugs). But dust mites that cause the itchy feeling.
What we did was to put the Leaf notice on the bed and that we require changing. Unfortunately, the bedsheets and everything on the bed were not change. Plus, the leaf notification note disappeared. On the third day I had no choice but to personally request this from the housekeeping lady to change the sheets. However, the bed covers and pillowcases were not change. And I got tired of asking so I had to endure that itchy feeling. If only these were change to brand new bedsheets, covers and pillowcases. I would have overlooked all of the discomfort on the 1st and 2nd days. We were at the hotel for 5 days.
