"This is our first time in Jeju! We are so happy we stayed at Lotte Hotel Jeju as it made our experience all the more memorable. Service was exceptional!!! The family pool whole has free loungers , MUST be booked/reserved still for...

"Not a great value, though rooms are on the larger size and it's useful to have an in-unit washer/dryer. Outdated amenities. No contact with staff except for check-in and check-out. Location convenient to public transportation, but not to many dining options."
