"Room size was ok, not much walking space. But there is a huge espresso machine which I love it. It dispenses hot water too, save the water boiling time. Appreciate that all the minibar items are free. Location is just opposite Namdaemun, with a twosome cafe and Burger King downstairs. Airport limousine bus just opposite the property too."

"Bad experience! Every restaurant booked by other people, and the other facilities also with private function, so we can not use the pool, neither the restaurant!!! I NEVER will come back again!!! I pass!!! Nothing close to the hotel!!"

"Racist staff that ignores you if you aren't their preferred nationality. We had to go up and ask for the bell man to take our bags after they told us we couldn't park in the front drive...we knew that, we simply wanted to drop our bags with them and be greeted politely as all the other guests from a certain country were."

"The hotel is a bit dated and showing its age. For the price they don't include much with the room. Beds for the pool are extra cost. Basically everything is going to cost an extra fee. The breakfast was expensive and not worth the price. The hotel is very expensive and not worth the price. They seem to be obsessed with squeezing every penny out of every guest as much as possible.
