"I had some errors in my reservation. They were more than happy to correct them. Great managerial staff. It's a shame that I forget their names but both were pleasant and helpful. The staff in general were also very friendly. The breakfast is always a strong sell when traveling with children!"

"The property canceled our reservations when we arrived because " the AC isn't working". We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. Now we are being told that Expedia can't give us a refund because they can't contact the property."

"Kind of seedy with a good coat of paint. Staff was nice and helpful but the rooms were, uh, questionable. Bathtub was dirty with hair and the room smelled of smoke. The other room had poor AC. Breakfast was like an elementary school and we hit the road."

"This "hotel" is not appropriate for people. Roaches inside the fridge and microwave, clogged bathroom sink, and the smell is terrible. "Manager" changed us 3 times, all the same filth."

"Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean."
