Cari Hotel di Kabupaten Southampton

"The room was semi dirty with a couple roaches laying around. Now for the price I paid it wasn't too bad. The person next to me must have been deaf because he left his TV on blast all night. Can't blame the motel for that. The patch work to the sheet rock is sub par but I revert back to the cheap price. Now the smoke detector was on a shelf without a battery so that was a tiny bit worrisome. No trash can and only a half used roll of toilet paper. Could not hear traffic so that was a plus. They...

"Clean, good. Great staff."

"Liked that there was housekeeping daily. Furniture and counters , floors updated but shower and walls need gutted. Room smelled musty and the ppl that had rooms there are up all over the complex yelling and smoking and drinking all night. Really needs quiet time enforced"

"Property seems to need lots of maintenance. Broken window in pool area and what looked like rotted wood around glass. Also pool door was always unlocked. Anyone could have gone in. Our room had a torn curtain and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The staff was kind and professional and breakfast was nice."

"A nice bed"

"The property canceled our reservations when we arrived because " the AC isn't working". We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. Now we are being told that Expedia can't give us a refund because they can't contact the property."

"The pool was already closed when we arrived. Handicap parking was somewhat limited… all spaces were full on the frontside. We had to park on the side and navigate our way through from there. The lady at the front desk in the morning was a bit rude and wouldn’t look up to process our check out. After standing for several minutes without as much as a “one moment please” I decided to leave our keys on the counter and leave."

"The staff was extremely nice bt the cleanliness of the room was horrible we stayed 2 days housekeeping was offered the next day at a decent time bt we respectfully declined"

"There was very little parking and a fly trap in the window. People walking all around! Police was there for a bit!"

"This "hotel" is not appropriate for people. Roaches inside the fridge and microwave, clogged bathroom sink, and the smell is terrible. "Manager" changed us 3 times, all the same filth."

"Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean."
