"Clean Room, Staff, Amazing Breakfast"

"First of all, the whole hotel was apparently booked that weekend, probably for a music concert. I accidently booked a smoking room by mistake and the hotel was not even capable to change my room for a non smoking one, since all rooms were somehow taken. The girl a front desk also mentionned to me that people smoke in all the rooms, even in the non smoking ones. That is beyond inacceptable for those who dont smoke. "The air was out in the entire building and they only had a few fans. 1 or the 2 elevators near the lobby from the parking garage was broken. This made the morning exit more time consuming than usual. Fire alarm went of several times when there was no issue. We've stayed here before with no issues but this was a terrible stay."
