"The room was very comfortable with everything you could want. Comfortable beds, nice sitting area. Unexpectedly it had a deep soaking tub in the bathroom. And the heated pool had jets along one side! Breakfast was good. Coffee so so. But all in all a fabulous place to stay!"

"Every thing was clean, staff was excellent. The only down fall was only 2 towels for a weekend stay and the rolls of toilet paper were used and no spare rolls. "

"Pool area is small and enclosed, the chlorine was intense, I had to step out twice while my kids were swimming because my eyes were burning. Our room did not have enough towels, I called the front desk to ask for more, they were kind of rude about it and I had to leave my kids in the room and go to the front desk to get more even though two people were at the front desk, and they were just standing talking to each other. "Staff at check-in was awesome! Next day shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor making it very wet & slippery. I asked the front desk the for towels & she said we could only have 2. It was not enough to clean up the mess. Called for more towels & explained the situation, she said so you can only have 2 towels No More. Very rude about it & never offered to help clean up the mess with a mop & bucket then instead. Not impressed. Not good customer service. "

"The room was very clean, but there was black mold around the water spout in the tub. The existing caulk just needed to be redone. The TV did not work because the receiver box was plugged into the wall behind the TV stand so we had to move furniture in order for the remote to communicate to the box. The volume did not work so anything we watched was blaring loud. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal only, so we ended up having to find somewhere for breakfast. The lady at the front...

"The pool closes at 10, if there is not a lot of people staying the don’t serve breakfast, and it’s not that clean for the price!!"
