"The hotel room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room never got as cool as we expected. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was also inconvenient since we had to park on the street.
The only staff member who really stood out was the security guard. He was very friendly, gave us clear directions about where to park, and helped us find our room. His kindness and helpful...

"The food at The Palms Resort was good, and overall the stay ended up being okay. However, the first room we were given was dirty and had roaches, which was very disappointing. After bringing the issue to the staff’s attention, they moved us to another room the following day. The second room was much cleaner and definitely made the rest of our stay better.

"Close to beach. Seaweed a problem but taken care of daily if not creates an odor. Few bugs taken care of by the exterminator. Roaches. Was told this condo had been closed up. S Overall the stay was nice."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly and helping us with our accommodations the rooms are very clean a lot of history in the building, which is fun to explore. Would definitely stay there again thank you Jamie for being a great host at the hotel."
