"Great hotel. Staff great, clean rooms and locations was excellent for where we was going. Highly recommend."

"The hotel grand hall is beautiful and the hotel itself is very unique. There are only 1 set of elevators and they are not conveniently located to reaching your room. Any guest with mobility issues will have difficulty. Our room had not been cleaned well before our arrival as evidence of a pair of dirty socks left by the chair and coffee grounds on the Kleenex box and television cabinet. It took two trips to the front desk to get this issue resolved."

"It is a longer walk to Busch Stadium and little dark with homeless on way back from games at night. The elevator is terrible. Never seen such a slow elevators."

"The room was fun and different! Almost like a little apartment. Super cute. Unfortunately there is NO parking unless you pay $55 for valet parking or find a meter nearby. Perhaps I overlooked that detail when booking. We were just more frustrated at how unhelpful the front desk staff was, anytime we had questions, like where to find parking or how to get the tv to power on. Security staff was SO kind, though! Elevators worked sometimes? There was no signage when one didn’t work— staff just...

"I cannot believe this hotel is a Hilton. There are only three elevators for 25 floors, and we had to wait 15-20 minutes to reach our floor each evening. Our room was not that nice. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the air conditioner made weird noises. The smoke detector started chirping after showering. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The staff was wonderful here. The bed was comfy and the happy hour and breakfast were a huge plus. Our room had some things falling apart though like the ceiling paint in the bathroom was bubbled up and peeling. There also appeared to be mildew along the bathroom tub and wall. The inside of the door looked like it had water damage and was falling a part."

"Room was clean and updated but needed an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Paint was peeling in some areas from the moisture. AC was very loud when it turned on and off and woke me up throughout the night. Within walking distance of Busch Stadium. Staff was there when the Cardinals game let out to help load elevators quickly. Parking garage was a block away, but it wasn’t too much of a walk. Overall, it was a decent stay for catching a Cardinals game."

"I don’t think this place was a great as the reviews said. It was quiet and the bed was ok. The sofa in the room showed extensive wear. Late check in because the room wasn’t clean yet. Once it was clean, housekeeping had not emptied the garbage"

"The staff was so nice and helpful at check in and through out the night coming and going. The property is beautiful. It was within walking distance of major attractions in the area. You do have to pay for parking which I wasn’t aware of; I may have just missed that in the description. So that was a bummer. But overall was perfect location and just what we needed for our concert"
