Mystique St Lucia by RoyaltonRodney Bay
7.6 dari 10, Bagus, (514 ulasan)
"My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.
The food was disgusting and barely...

"Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Water pressure was great and WiFi was great! I would book again. For US travelers, make sure to bring electrical outlet converters! There was only one in my apartment but you may need multiple for several devices."

"If you’re considering whether to go or not, we would recommend you go. We loved our stay here because the food was so good and the staff were exceedingly kind and generous. The resort is absolutely stunning and we received a complimentary upgrade to our room which was amazing.
In terms of negatives, I will say that the bugs on the resort can be a lot, but it really depends on the person (I only got one to two bug bites but my wife got more than 20). The bug spray did seem to work when we put it...

"We had a great time. A special shout out to Debbie from the restaurant, Chef Deonn, Chef Michael. Emani at the front desk, Wendy who works in the kitchen, Mary D, Gania from the restaurant. Those employees truly went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay a memorable.
My only concern was the number of mosquitos in the kids water park area. This needs to be addressed at the soonest."
