"I had an amazing stay at Point Bay Resort! From the moment I arrived, the front desk agents were extremely helpful and made check-in super easy. The security guard was a really cool person — friendly, professional, and always made me feel welcome and safe. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. "For a small hotel the staff, facilities and rooms have so much to offer. It’s not a mainstream hotel so the rooms are very Caribbean and traditional style but it adds so much to your experience. "Great room, location and staff. Would happily book again. A few minor points are that there is no shower gel, shampoo or hairdryer in the room so you dont have some necessary basics. There is a long term construction project going on but we weren't really impaceted by it."
