"The front desk clerk who checked us in was very polite and helpful. The other clerk who checked us out was personable as well. Staff is not the issue.
The hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation. However, I'm not sure to what extent the reno will cover what is needed. The hotel, right now, could be described as "seedy." Lack of upkeep is apparent with dings and gouges in walls, worn carpeting, broken tile etc.There was no continental breakfast due to renovation. Our tv didn't work and the...
