Our room did not look like it had been fully cleaned when we arrived, there was a empty packet on the floor by the bed and the glass on the wardrobe was covered in finger marks. The room was also hotter inside than outside with no real way of opening window and a very small fan provided for us. "Lovely location, staff very friendly and helpful on front desk. I didn't use any of the facilities due to time etc. My room was a little soul-less and the bathroom could have done with a re-vamp as the shower screen had been replaced with a rather tired looking curtain and the bar for the curtain had rust on the under side. Nothing horrible just tired. Beautiful building in lovely grounds though. 10/10 value for money."
