"I booked this overnight in Edmonton (travelling through from YYC to northern AB). Expedia reviews gave it an 8.4 rating, and the price was lower than normal, so I booked it. My husband (when adding the hotel into Maps for the drive) was startled: "You booked us in a 2 Star??!!" Me: I did??!! *looks at property again on Expedia* "Shoot! I guess I did!!" Now we're both a little worried. Well, let me tell you - this hotel is a little gem if you're just passing through and need a place to sleep....

"This property is super dated, to the point it just doesn’t « feel » clean. Bed was extremely firm with thick, unyielding pillows. Everything just felt cheap - left only one regular coffee pod (in a room for four), cheap toiletries that appeared to have already been used by someone else. I generally don’t bother sharing these types of reviews, but this was notably bad enough that I’m taking the time to warn others."

No fresh fruit or sliced tomatoes instead of potatoes The egg and sausage on an English muffin had one sliced pork sausage inside instead of a round sausage patty. The service was good though. It was only $15 for two people. My husband liked the eggs,bacon and toast. "
