Not a closed 2nd bedroom, no privacy, no air circulation, no fan, no windows to open. Asked for another room. Was told no, we’re booked and short staffed so can’t move you. "I am a single mom, traveling alone with a dog and a 9-year-old. I felt safe and welcomed. It was an extra bonus that the skatepark, rec center and dog friendly restaurants were within walking distance. We loved the atmosphere, community and the amenities. We will absolutely be back!"

"This is the 2nd time my family has chosen this hotel for our summer vacation. The pull-out couch comfortably slept two extra people. The kitchen was large and fully stocked. The room had two full-size bathrooms, which is a plus for families hustling to all get ready at the same time. However… I wish the hotel would have let us known prior to booking that there is a huge construction project on the property adjacent. As long as you are up and out by 7:00am, it will be no problem. "I wanted to love it, but it was just okay. Hotel, staff, and room were great. However, the pool was offline Feb 2026 - August 2026 for renovations (replacing a filter). This was disappointing as we were traveling with kids, and we were all looking forward to swimming. It wasn’t indicated that the pool would be closed when booking. The laundry room had one working washer (two broken), which required waiting for another guest to finish. Staff was very helpful though (we needed quarters). One of...
