"The room was already nice and cold when we arrived on a very hot summer day. The staff were incredibly attentive and pleasant. We also enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast. The price is right and location is pretty convenient. I saw other reviews complaining about the wild chickens that roam around but we thought they were awesome and fun to watch. "This is a very easy reasonably priced place to stay. It is clean and where we were, it was quiet. We were in Yuba City to help my elderly parents for 3 nights and were thrilled with the ease and comfort. The beds are clean and comfortable. While there some minor signs of wear in spots, there are some updated extras like reading lights and easy to use air conditioner/heater - important in Yuba! "All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money."

"Pros: close to the in town casino, rooms were very clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels and yes also have an ice machine. Side bed nightstands for each side with plug ins. Cons: Major issues with connecting to the internet… most of the time did not work even with their password. The thermostat remote control didn’t work in the room very well. "the guy who helped checked us in was nice. though i feel it was different from the pictures online. there was the wall pieces coming off, the ac didn’t turn off and some buttons were missing, the lamp didn’t work, the standing lamp had no light bulb, the tv didn’t turn on. the walls are pretty thin, and the flooring is not that sturdy i’d say. its pretty loud when you walk and can hear everything from inside your room since the walls are so thin. our room did smelled like cigarettes too, so they...

"Inside of cabin is great. Outside decks are getting old. The check-in instructions had wrong number code to open lock box, so we had to call property manager who sent someone to open unit. Stove didn't work, so we could only cook w microwave."

"Good for one or two nights. My wife, my 3 month old son, and mother in law stayed in a larger room for a concert taking place nearby. I needed a crib for my 3month old, which the hotel was able to provide. However, they did not have a mattress pad for the crib, which was frustrating because it was just a hard piece of wood as the base. The front desk clerk said she would look for one but I never got an answer back. She did provide extra blankets and sheets to provide as a makeshift pad, and my...
