"Front desk staff were wonderful. Checking out was a pain, it was before front desk staff was there and had to use a remote kiosk. There was no audio, so I had to play charades with the agent on the screen. That’s where anything remotely positive about the property ends. I’m not expecting 4 star accommodations, but this place is a dive. "At check in the staff was great! We had very noisy neighbors and I tried calling the front desk and nobody answered. If you have an issue overnight you most likely are screwed. For the cost of the room it was upsetting that I felt abandoned."

"All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money."

"Inside of cabin is great. Outside decks are getting old. The check-in instructions had wrong number code to open lock box, so we had to call property manager who sent someone to open unit. Stove didn't work, so we could only cook w microwave."
