"Request for firm pillows took two phone calls and 2+hours. Large bathrobe n/a (after 2+hrs).
Room service breakfast after 1.5hr received call and was informed Eggs Benedict unavailable, cancelled the order (which international hotel/chef worth his salt is unable to whip up the most recognized breakfast dish in the world!?)
Lobby bar unable to add whipped cream (n/a) on hot chocolate. Following day was told only coffee/tea available. After repeated request a frosty staff served like a miracle...
