"The hotel is very nice when you enter and the room was pleasant too. I liked the fact that we had a kettle in our room and the reception staff were happy to provide English Breakfast teabags for me to use in the room. We also got a dressing gown and slippers which we were able to use to go down to the pool in. The pool and sundeck was an added bonus for our stay. "The name says it all. When you stay here, you feel like you are staying in a palace. On the outside, it is far away the most magnificent building in Murren. The inside is even better, tastefully and magnificently decorated. The staff is excellent, and the sauna in the spa area is not to be missed. Finally, the dining room is dramatic and the food, particularly the extravagant breakfast, is hard to beat."

"This is a really amazing hotel. Very clean and modern. The bathroom is fantastic and spacious. Shower is big and water pressure and warmth is great. Only downside is the room lighting, there is no main light. Location is great only a couple minutes walk to the nearest tram stop - that takes you both into the centre of Zurich one way and the airport the other way. Staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay here! "
