Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y el personal de recepción es muy atento y servicial. Lo único que considero deberían mejorar es la atención en el restaurante y la calidad y servicio del menú, en mí opinión no se encuentran a la altura de los demás servicios y atención del hotel. Me parece un aspecto a mejorar"

"Very short ride from the airport. Driver was on time for pick up. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities as I was there for a short time. The room was clean and comfortable. The towels could’ve been a little fluffier. Breakfast was delicious. The rice served at breakfast reminded me of home."

"lokasi hotel dan airport shuttle yg disediakan sgt membantu saya. saya jg bisa titip koper pd saat saya short trip ke tempat2 tertentu. sayangnya mereka tidak memberitahu saya saat ada perubahan jadwal airport shuttle yg menjadi per 2 jam. Sehingga saya harus menunggu 2 jam di airport"

All the staffs were wonderful from the door man to front desk, room services & restaurent & bartenders. Free great variety of complimentary breakfast. They have great deserts. Offer transportation to & from airport for a small fee. Great restaurant near by & a very walkable region of Santiago. It’s also a great venue to host events...

"It was really great there. Helpful staff, clean, modern, nice balcony and fresh air. Only thing was the power was out for about 3 hours from the city so was a bit cold in winter. The breakfast was fantastic too."

In comparison with other hotels at the same price and approximate location, the hotel does not provide a complimentary bottle of water and the breakfast is very limited with no real options. The bed was comfortable, but the room needed more attentive cleaning. The roof restaurant is a good option."
