"We didn’t stay long, staff was very friendly and accommodating, bathroom in our room looked a little worse for the wear, sheets were clean, carpet needs to be redone. Kitchen in the room seemed clean, but we did not look super close or use it. "

I quickly went back downstairs with my bags and checked out. The front desk clerk was nice about it. I am still waiting on my refund. It’s been 3 days."
