"The Staff in the property are amazing especially a lady named Angel. quality of the breakfast, coffeeshop / bar and the view are all great. Location is prime and very safe for tourists not familiar with the city. We very much enjoyed our trip."

"Everything about this property was exceptional but there is only one thing that needs improvement. The Check-in process.
This resort can be booked using different booking agencies such as Expedia. At the check-in counter, we had three different check-ins going on but hotel was not able to locate the check-in easily. They had to make multiple phone calls to find their booking. Despite having all the proof and evidence, they could not locate the booking in their system. This was happening at...
