"The room was tidy and clean, we were welcomed by the staff who made sure we had our keys left for us with security, after the reception closed, which was a nice touch. "We stayed 5 nights in a superior room. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The pool and spa are also excellent, we used them quite a bit, note there is no gym, this is one improvement they could make to even convert a small space to add some fitness equipment. We didn’t visit the restaurant or bar but did have breakfast one morning (which is in a separate area to the restaurant). Breakfast was buffet style with a decent selection of food. It is slightly expensive by Gdansk standards,in my opinion, at 110 PLN (£22) per person. Any staff we interacted with were fine and helpful, my only comment would be that the reception staff could try and be more proactive in greeting or smiling at hotel guests as they enter the hotel or pass by reception, just a little thing but can go a long way. Location of the hotel is good and is only a 10 minute walk from the Main Street in the old town. There are also a few cafes and supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel."
