"Einen großen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter! Sehr freundliches Personal, ein tolles umfangreiches und hochwertiges Frühstück, das Zimmer war sehr neuwertig, hell, sauber und geräumig. Täglich 2 Flaschen Wasser standen bereit. Der Minibarkühlschrank war bei Ankunft defekt, er kühlte nicht. Aber kaum hatten wir mit den netten Reinigungspersonal darüber gesprochen, stand innerhalb einer Stunde ein neuer Kühlschrank da. Wow, das war megaschnell! "I had pre-advised that my wife was coeliac and they acknowledged this at reception and when entering the breakfast area, but when we asked if someone could explain what was gluten-free there wasnt much help. The first day a couple of gluten-free bread rolls were provided and on the next couple of days we had had to ask for the bread rolls. Some of this may have been due to language barriers. "Lovely spacious room and bathroom and both were very clean. The pool and wellness facilities were a great way to start or finish the day. Staff friendly and hotel is walkable from the main sites. Uber was very inexpensive to get to the hotel from the main station if you didn’t fancy the 20-25 minute walk. "The staff was very friendly and the room was good, the room was clean but there was like a sewage smell in the bathroom if the water wasn’t on. Also the toilet was constantly dripping all day. Other then that, it was a good apartment and did all you need - was a very good location "

The staff are fantastic, and the food is as good as ever - but while it used to impress a few years ago, it now feels quite outdated. The heating/air conditioning system is old and barely works, making the room stuffy and weird temp.
