The route had us worried a bit bcuz it over a hill you couldn’t see from the freeway but it was a different world upon arrival. We ordered tostadas de ceviche & it was 🔥. "We have been going to Tecate every month for the last 5 months and have been staying at Santuario Diegueño. All the other times, with the exception of this last stay in August, have been perfect! This time they failed us; Our room's door latch was not working/locking and therefore we were not able to use the deadbolt at all.
