"Fantastic hotel, staff are all incredible and helpful. Pool bar is amazing, and well priced. Facilities are great, especially the gym, probably the best fit out I’ve ever seen in a hotel gym, on par with a lot of commercial gyms. Clean room, air con works well, and the 7-11 just outside the entrance is very convenient."

"Beautiful hotel that is conveniently connected to Central Park Mall. The room was spacious and clean, with great views over Lumpini park and the city. We really loved the pool and it never felt overly crowded. The only let down was check-in which was a bit disorganised and slow. Will come back again."

"This is a typical upscale Bangkok Hotel. Our issue was despite receiving a confirmation of the booking, and an email from Avani saying we are looking to having you and quotes THEIR booking confirmation number the reception.The receotion staff claimed for half an hour that there was no reservation and that Expedia had failed to forward it. In short they refused to honour the reservation, and their own confirmation email and booking number, for forty minutes. Not sure where you go with this...

"This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s about 10 minutes from patong beach, which was fine. Just a 5-7USD grab car. Breakfast had so many options and all the food was great! One thing I do wish the front desk would have provided is a calendar of events that they have during the week of stay. There was a fire show Thursday afternoon near the lobby, and we did not know about it until we arrived in the lobby. The hotel is on a hill so you have to call a buggy every time you leave your room...
