"大浴場は日替わりで楽しめました。部屋の鍵がオートロックでないのと、鍵が１つしか渡されないのが残念でした。"

"The room was absolutely beautiful, the private bath was so lovely in the cold night air. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, it really felt like they had thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again
The only downside is that when arriving, the driveway/road up to the hotel is completely gravel so it was very hard to get our suitcase to the hotel. We ended up getting a taxi back to the train station at the end of our stay and that was much easier. Strongly recommend not...

The smell from the drain filled the whole room.

"洗面所の臭いが気になりましたが、全体的に綺麗でした。揚げたての串が食べれて美味しかったです。色々予約が埋まってしまって残念でしたが翌日の最後に貸切風呂に入れて満足です。"

"脱衣所で洗面台から離れてテレビ見ながら歯磨いてる人がいてとても不衛生。
みんなが通るところに飛沫跳ばさないでください。
スタッフもいちいちため息つきながら説明してきたり、高圧的だったりで不愉快でした。
スパもまあ普通のスーパー銭湯って感じかな。"
