"This is in a wonderful area of the Catskills with a creek streaming in the back if you wish to visit it. I've stayed a few times and I've seen many people take their dogs to Black Bear. They love the treed property for walks. It's close to farm stands or antiquing in the various towns along route 23."

"Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. Lastly, the landlord/hostess, Laureen, always had positive vibes and friendly at all...

"We had a very relaxing weekend at the Amaya Bed & Breakfast. The host was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and was the perfect way to start our mornings. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and the surrounding area was very peaceful.
