Cari Hotel di Town of New Castle

"U"

"The good news is we had a great night sleep and the staff was excellent. However we had several issues that will prevent us from coming back. 1) the first room we were provided was extremely musty smelling so we had to ask for a second room. The second room was great. 2) comforter on the bed was very thin- not typical of a Hilton property 3) curtains did not close to completely blackened out the room 4) music in lobby was quite loud at 6am so it was difficult to relax while I waited for...

"The property was beautiful and clean. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. If there's an event, parking can be a little tough and there are lots of hills. However, the property staff do a great job of letting you know where the nearest slots are to your room, as well as assisting with any obstacles that may arise. They were all very friendly as well!"

"The heat was set to 75 so I didn’t sleep very well. I woke up with the sweats the food at the restaurant was one of the worst I’ve ever had."

"It's a dated hotel so don't expect nothing great. It's a place to rest your head for a nite or 2. Free basic breakfast included. Staff was all very nice and they make the most out of an older property. If you ask would I stay again for the price they charged, that is a definite NO!"

"The room had water damage, the sink was stuck and the flusher on the toilet was broken, yet functional. The staff was super helpful."

"Really close to everything to do in Sleepy Hollow for a great price and very nice!"

"Room was clean & beautiful. BUT! Pool was dirty & cold, hot tub was shut down (apparently for weeks) and none of that was mentioned at the check in. Love Sheratons, but will not stay at this particular one again."

"Great stay, excellent staff and very clean."

"Room was clean, staff was pleasant... overall great stay"

"We stayed here because we had tickets to a show at the Paramount Hudson Valley Theater. Location for that was PERFECT. 5 minutes to Theater, restaurants, parking. Super easy to get back on the road to go home the next day. However this place seriously needs a overhaul."

"This was conveniently located. It was a reasonable price. The staff were efficient does not have any extra amenities. The fixtures and whatnot were quite old but if you just need a clean place to stay without any frills, it’s OK plus there wasn’t any riffraff in the parking lot, very quiet."

"Clean and friendly staff"

"The room was clean but slightly dated and in need of some work. The tile floor in the bathroom had loose/wobbly tiles. The outlets for the electrical were loose to the point that you couldn't keep a plug in some of them. The one elevator was out for most of our stay but that wasn't an issue."
