"This is a great hotel if your visiting the Victoria Pittsford area Bar area is fun Rooms are clean Some upgrades underway Elevator was a bit of an issue but they are making improvements"

"The HVAC units are a huge problem here. They’re mounted on plywood in each room and are terribly loud. Very difficult to sleep. You can hear them roaring in the hallways too. Many people were complaining and trying to find quieter rooms. HUGE issue if you want good sleep. "

"We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. "This property needs an entire makeover. Carpets were torn and filthy in the elevators. Hallway floor carpets were not cleaned. Room refrigerator was barely working. Wood surfaces were peeling. It rained while we were there and the lobby had three buckets to catch leaks. Cannot believe this is branded as a Hilton. "
