"We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. "I am extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards at this hotel. During my stay, I discovered a broken fingernail hidden underneath the bedsheets, which actually scratched my skin. This raises a major red flag regarding their housekeeping protocols and whether the linens are being properly changed between guests. "We had a quick overnight stay before catching a flight from ROC. The property was a quick and easy 20 minute drive to the airport, very convenient! Check in was smooth, the room was clean and perfect for what we needed (bed was a little too firm- but we all slept well). My son (5) enjoyed the pool! We were so impressed by the breakfast selection, did not expect warm options such as the sausages and eggs- big hit! We will stay again!"

"The first room was a disaster. Housekeeping left window open trying to let the smell of piss and animal feces air out. We thought we smelled a odor. Closed the window came back later definitely was a odor. Housekeeping definitely didn't clean the room. Changed rooms at midnight after we came back from a comedy show, no issues after. "

"I stayed two nights and the first night I went out to smoke snd stepped in a pile of human feces. I reported it and nothing was done to resolve the issue until the next shift members came in and stated cleaning the property.. it was directly outside the entrance in the back by the pool area. "

"Great stay with the family. The kids loved the pool and the gym had weights and everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added touch, but the only thing they didn’t have was milk. Location is good - not a far drive from where we wanted to go. Overall, we enjoyed staying here :)"
