"I paid for a king bed and was told there was none available. I went on Expedia and it had two king rooms available and I went on the hotel site, it said the exact same but they gave me a smaller room."

"Room was not clean. Found rolled up foil wraps on the floor. Extremely dusty windows. Went down to the reception but the staff working couldn’t accommodate as they were fully booked. Stayed three nights despite the conditions as I was there for my daughter’s school. The gym is equally dirty with the water dispenser broken. They don’t provide cleaning wipes so keep that in mind. The bed was comfortable though."
