"I have to say this was the best sleep and most comfortable hotel bed I have slept on in a long while. We were not staying at the hotel to hang out in the hotel, just to sleep and watch TV at bed and in the AM. I have stayed in many national chains that charge top dollar and I have had difficulty sleeping due to the bed discomfort. "It was a very clean hotel! There was a group of us for travel baseball tournament. We booked this hotel for the pool so the kids could swim after long day of playing ball. The pool was closed for maintenance one of the reasons we booked this hotel was the pool."

"The Hart House is an excellent stop for anyone visiting the Erie Canal, or biking its length (which I was). My room was great and really enjoyed the cafe downstairs for breakfast the next morning. The owners are lovely."

"We had a late check in and forgot to call about it. Our GPS steered us wrong ( I think it was an old property) but the sign on the door led us in the right direction. No one was at the office when we arrived but she came out as soon as I started to call the number on the door and she was so kind and apologetic. The room was spectacular; clean and roomy. Best motel for the price. To be fair on the area around, we didn't see much cause it was late and we left early. "
