I was pleased with the staff as warm, welcoming, and helpful when asked about good restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and updated. This hotel is located only a few miles from downtown Cashiers giving lots of things to do like visiting the historical Zachary-Tolbert House. "This was one of the best B&Bs we have stayed at located walking distance to downtown shops. We had a delicious breakfast made to order. "We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was so kind. Loved the pool area with a view. The brunch included with our stay was a cherry on top. Wasn’t your basic continental breakfast. Also, loved that we could enjoy the place a bit longer after checking out. The perfect tranquil place to escape to. Will definitely be back! "

"The property grounds are gorgeous and the customer service is awesome. It has great amenities and is clean in general. We had a great time playing ping pong and enjoying the jacuzzi. It is close to the waterfalls, which we loved. A couple of things they could do better is update their TVs and make sure dishes are clean in the cabinets. We pull out a bowl and it was disgustingly dirty. Not a little smudge, it was dirty with food and not even rinsed."

"Good place to stay for the money. If you can find it. The staff has no idea where the hotel is located. FYI south east of I26 and hwy 68 do not drive 10 miles up to the top of the mountain. Hope you like waffles for breakfast that’s all there is. "
