"Excellent location, close to all attractions in Austin. Spacious condos, modern styles. Easy parking, I literally felt like being at home there. The only negative was the AC's lowest temperature set point was 68 degrees, not the perfect temperature for my sleep, and the rooms were a bit less cold than the living room because of the limited air pressure. That was a struggle; I like my room to be colder. Absolutely recommended!"

"The hotel is older but it was dirty and not kept up with. They upgraded our room to a suite with a balcony but there was balcony with the room. The sofa bed was also terrible and very flat. I had to call for extra comfortable sheets and pillows for the kids to sleep on a reasonable bed. The hotel grounds were dirty. Many areas need pressure washing. Trash on grounds. "The stay was okay. The only thing i truly enjoyed was the view. I had a difficult time finding the building since the front had scaffolding blocking the whole front of the building. I was never able to find the parking for the hotel which led me to feeling like i was pressured into using the valet. I was Very shocked to find out that overnight parking for valet was 65+ fees. i feel like that was extremely expensive for a one night stay at a hotel room that im staying in. "This is an okay hotel. Location is not great, near some deserted lots, 15 min walk to downtown. The receptionist that checked us in forgot to give us breakfast vouchers which resulted in an awkward next day breakfast situation. The second receptionist we spoke to was very nice and resolved the issue quickly. Coffee machine in the room works only if you hold it shut the entire time. Room was clean but some things definitely need an upgrade, chipped paint and rusty toilet aren’t the best...
