"Clean room, decorated nicely. Spacious and bright. Ac was awesome. The team had it turned on prior so walking in was a blessing. Staff were friendly and helpful with local knowledge. The free shuttle is a huge plus alongside the checkout time. Kudos for anticipating needs. The team at the airport who called the shuttle were also a credit to the tourism product. "

"My stay at the Kapok was perfect. I was greeted with warmth by the staff, the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities including two bottles of water and my bed was comfortable. Parking was ideal and breakfast was delicious. The one thing I’d ask for is a better local rate and another stay. I’d certainly recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely be back. "

"The location was great - an easy walk to beach food and airport Owners were extremely helpful to us. All rooms had kitchenette and covered patio with table and chairs. Older hotel but comfortable. I enjoyed having a pool . I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends"

"Honestly I’m not one to write reviews but this hotel provided excellent customer service. It was quite and relaxing atmosphere. The front desk were very helpful and professional. Any requests made were accommodated . Our room was cleaned impeccably each day without having to ask for any additional service request . We felt very safe with 24/7 security .
