"This property is beautiful at the beach front and the lobby is very inviting. The buffet looks beautiful and the views are amazing however…there is the staff and the rooms.
The room was moldy and old. The sliding door was broken and very difficult to lock. The staff overall is horrible. From front desk people speaking in whisper tones so you cannot hear them, others not being helpful or friendly. The buffet staff were particularly rude…there were barely 20 reservations at the entire property...

"Generally a decent location. The area is kid friendly. The bathroom towels quality and quantity could have been better. There is not much standard electrical plugs so ensure you dont need one. Overall visit was good."

"the front desk personel were very helpful and pleasent. the concierge desk lady was rude and did not seem to care about assisting us with their advertised paid property tour. she clearly did not care who i was.
i would not let rude staff member affect the other great staff and change my option to consider the hotel for another stay.
our room was far from the restaurant and i asked to upgrade at our cost however there were no rooms available. seemed untrue as there were very little cars and...
