"Unfortunately my family's five day stay was a terrible experience. The hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. And there were issues from the time we arrived.
The biggest problem was mosquitoes in and outside our room. I complained to the young receptionist and her first response was very disappointing. "Stayed with my Husband, Mother, Infant and Toddler. This location was perfect. Only 5 min. from the airport. The hotel is dated for sure and need some remodeling. That wasn't the most important quality for me but it can be a deal breaker for some. The towels were not all the same but they were all clean. Nothing bad to say besides check in was challenging.
