"What i love the most in River View Hotel amenities is the hotel free shuttle ride to and from hotel to Tsuen Wan MTR station every 15mns. Also, we were allowed to check in earlier for free. Our view is awesome from the higher floor and family room facing the ocean water and pool. The front desk staff are very helpful and speak good English. All is good. We stayed 5 nights. "There was no running water in the showers as I say that there were (3) showers and it was an old school with beds for 8 people with 3 bathrooms. It was not a Hotel it was an old school and the staff shut down at 6pm so no amenities at all. Staff was no help and neither was security to get some thing to eat. No room service. Very bad stay"

"Location is great connected to Moko Mall with lots of food option. No breakfast at hotel and after mall hour you will need 10-15 mins walk to the convenience store. The gym is great with steam and sauna "
