"Breakfast was good. The soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner containers were horrible. I tried many times to get them to dispense with out luck. Had to resort to the 2 tiny bars of soap!!"

"Overall a pretty clean property. Inside and out. Not a bad location either. Staff were super awesome. Check in time was til 3pm. but we drove over 12 hours and they got my room ready for me by 1:40pm. My friends said the food was pretty good as well. (I enjoyed sleep over food) bed was way better compared to most and the rooms A/C did a great job. Thanks again."

"Terrible! There was no hot water, which is completely unacceptable for the price charged. At a minimum, a hotel should provide basic amenities like a bed and hot running water—this property failed to do so. Admin completely refused to accommodate or discount the stay. Never got back to me when I asked to fix it (stayed there2 nights). Place is ran down, has bugs on the walls, dirty- I found a bunch of hair on the floor! Very disappointing. One good thing- easy parking- this is a motel- park...

"The sliding door for the patio did not lock. It would appear to lock, but a slightly firm pull would open it right up. No curtains on the windows for privacy. Just wooden blinds you could easily see through. The sauna was operational, but the buttons were all worn down and there were no instructions on how to operate it. We got in later after a long day of traveling and weren't in the mood to bring anything up. The view itself and the location were great!"

"The property manager, Andrea, was wonderful! She was very helpful and responded quickly to all emails. We stayed in the guest suite, which was such a nice respite after staying in hotels. We were able to cook, do laundry, and even had movies to watch. Very accessible to Sequoia and Kings Canyon parks. Would stay here again!"

"The price was great and the desk lady was nice and efficient. My dog was allowed at no extra charge. A good restaurant was walking distance. The pool looked clean. The refrigerator leaked , the tv had issues with the picture. I found a malt ball and piece of carrot on the floor."

"Breakfast was simple and good. The floor of our room looked clean but made our socks incredibly black. However, the room itself was clean. The regular shower head was not great and we had to use the hand-held accessibility head, but it wasn’t a big deal. No bugs, pretty quiet area considering it’s next to a highway. Staff were very nice. Would likely book again!"
