We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

"Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. "Had to cancel trip due to national warning against travel to Turkey due to conflict in Middle East. A missile was shot down by NATO over Turkey the same day as our travel. I requested the hotel to defer my reservation or give me credit for later travel in Summer / after the conflict is over. They showed me hotel non refundable policy.
