"Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. "My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. Alles netjes en schoon overal de hele dag. Badmeesters bij binnen- en buitenzwembaden. Buffet ook heel netjes, lekker en gevarieerd. "

"We stayed at the Land of Legends Kingdom Hotel, and it was perfect for families with kids. The hotel feels like a fairytale, with colorful designs and fun themes everywhere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very playful, which made it extra exciting for the children. There are also plenty of activities and attractions nearby, so kids are never bored. Overall, it’s an amazing place for a fun and unforgettable family vacation."

"I loved this place for it's kitchen, menu was excellent, everyone could find something for himself. Room was 8/10, cleaning was everyday, it was quiet and soft in general. I would recommend to ask if wifi works in the room, in case you need it during your stay. The team is very helpful and nice, I felt really welcomed. This is a busy hotel/resort with a lot of people, and there is an intence entertainment program, which we liked."

"The best part about the property are the staff who will go above and beyond to help you out. Special thanks to the guest services lady on the night shift, Suleyman at Vista & Ivy and Mehmet in Le Buffet for their thoughtful service. The property is vast, has a private beach and is well maintained. The main thing that did not work is that there is only one restaurant that is included as part of the all-inclusive package.
